Customer Service Representative Position:
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have a positive experience.
- Meet and greet customers, boarding and disembarking flights
- Assist special needs customers, marshal in aircraft, and provide information to customers
- Solve problems, care for unaccompanied minors, and maintain a welcoming environment
Requirements for Success:
- Recent face-to-face customer service experience within the hospitality, tourism, or other customer-focused industries
- A passion for customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to work a 7-day rotational shift roster covering a 24/7 operation
- Unrestricted driver's license and ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical
