Requirements
- Genuine passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues

- Previous experience in face-to-face marketing or sales is highly desirable
- Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
- High levels of computer literacy
- Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) is advantageous
- Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
