Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dining Attendant to join our team at Sofitel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Undertake general waiting duties, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Sofitel brand standards and SOPs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Outlets Manager to train and develop team members, while maintaining a detailed training log.
  • Follow up on guest comments, requests, and complaints, and communicate effectively with the Supervisor and Assistant Manager.
