We are seeking highly motivated Sales Associates to join our team at Domino's in Pyrmont and Sydney CBD.

Position Summary:

Sales Associates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing payments, preparing pizzas and other food items, making dough and prepping food for service, general cleaning duties, and assisting in-store as required.

About the Role:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers over the phone and in-store.
  • Upselling: Upsell products to increase sales and improve customer experience.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Pizza Preparation: Prepare pizzas and other food items to meet high quality standards.
  • Cleaning Duties: Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe store environment.

About You:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
