Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: Tertiary financial qualification(s) or equivalent experience.

  • Leadership and Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Australian public sector and its financial operations.
  • Financial Systems: Experience with financial systems and software, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting tools.
