Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Process Technicians to join our team at our Leonora and Laverton Operations.

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating process controls for maximum efficiency, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the Gwalia or Mt Morgans Processing Plant.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the processing team to ensure that the Processing Department delivers on plan regarding production, gold recovery, and cost per tonne.

The Role

  • Provide efficient and effective operation of the Gwalia Processing plant.
  • Contribute to the processing team to ensure that the Processing Department delivers on plan.
  • Participate in commissioning plants and development upgrades.
  • Support and assist in the metallurgical process to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain process equipment to optimize performance.
  • Monitor and control process variables to achieve set targets.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Previous demonstrated experience working in Process Plant operations.
  • Strong ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, including interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines on multiple tasks.
