Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in driving the development and launch of cutting-edge products. They will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and its application in online travel booking platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends, user requirements, and competitive landscapes to inform product development decisions.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, supporting customer engagement initiatives, and optimizing organic rankings to drive revenue growth.
  • Conceptualize, launch, and optimize SEO products and features, experimenting, testing their performance, and iterating quickly.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, content, and UX teams on innovative technologies.
  • Analyze content traffic, SEO metrics, and campaign effectiveness to improve content marketing ROI.
  • Develop solutions across regions, product areas, and functions with a strong emphasis on SEO.

Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of product experience, including hands-on technical and content optimization experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar).
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision-making, with a strong focus on SEO.
  • Strong data skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English) with the ability to convey complex messages clearly to different stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and launching new products.
  • Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions for the organic channel.
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical skills; capable of breaking down complex problems and driving change.
  • Hands-on mentality and proactive problem-solving.

Nice to Have:
  • MBA or Master's degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
  • Strong proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent.
