In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued buyers, ensuring a seamless and rewarding real estate experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the complete buyer journey, from initial enquiry to successful property purchase

  • Generate new business for the team

  • Conduct property viewings and open houses, effectively showcasing our listings to prospective buyers

  • Provide timely and professional communication with buyers, keeping them informed throughout the process

  • Assist with the preparation of sales documentation, contracts and other administrative tasks

  • Maintain detailed records and databases to ensure efficient client management

  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the agency

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

  • Proficient in using basic software and technology to streamline processes

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively

  • A genuine passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

  • A valid real estate license or the willingness to obtain one
