About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Gym Manager to join our team at ONE55 Health & Fitness. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gym, ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and that our members receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of fitness professionals to deliver high-quality services and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and presented to the highest standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a management role in the health and fitness industry.
