Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to manage our site operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster a positive working environment and monitor employee performance regularly.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and employees, ensuring all client needs are met.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports on attendance, performance, and turnover.
- Investigate injuries and employee incidents as required.
- Assist with recruiting efforts as needed.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, particularly Excel.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and business needs.
- Previous experience in the light industrial industry.
- High energy level, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with diverse groups.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required.
