Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of advanced financial reports to deepen our understanding of financial performance and support informed decision-making.
  • Communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders, ensuring that our business partners have the insights they need to drive success.
  • Collaborate with the Group Decision Support team and wider organisation to prepare and consolidate periodic reporting, presenting findings to management and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of financial data, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Finance Business Partners to improve financial performance and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and financial modelling.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
