About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team at Haylo People. As an Insurance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our insurance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data entry
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing emails
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
  • Perform receptionist duties and answer incoming calls
Requirements
  • Recent school or college graduate or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
