Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce expert to lead the development and evolution of our Salesforce solution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective configuration and support of the Salesforce Platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support the Salesforce Platform across 100 users, ensuring seamless integration with Sales and Service cloud.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to integrate their solutions with our Salesforce platform.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption and maximize the value of our Salesforce investment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on configuration and customization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operating as a Salesforce Platform Owner/Platform Manager or Salesforce Lead, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently as a sole Salesforce expert within the organization.
