The successful candidate will have experience as a Team Leader and possess relevant qualifications, including a Certificate III or higher, a Blue Card, NDIS Worker's Screening check, and First Aid/CPR certification.

This role involves supporting clients with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, as well as assisting with personal care needs, like hygiene care and companionship. You will also be responsible for paperwork, administration duties, and building relationships with stakeholders.

The working conditions for this role include day, night, and evening shifts, with the requirement to be flexible and adapt to changing schedules.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, and able to work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this position is $45 per hour, with benefits including opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
