**Job Description:**

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced gymnastics leader to design, deliver, and promote fun gymnastics programs for diverse age groups and skill levels.
  • The successful candidate will train, mentor, and develop team members' skills to enhance their knowledge and performance.
  • You will create a positive and inclusive environment that fosters membership growth and participation.
  • You will contribute to a marketing and promotional plan to ensure the financial success of the program.

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Hold an intermediate coaching accreditation (or higher) and technical membership with Gymnastics Australia/Gymnastics Queensland.
  • Hold a Gymnastics Australia 'Supervisor Certificate'.
  • Experience in leadership and management of a gymnastics/gymsports program is desirable.
  • Proven expertise in working with children, young adults, special needs, and socially challenged groups through sports and exercise.
  • Current first aid and CPR certification.

  • Working With Children Check (Blue Card) is required.
  • Restricted Person legislation applies.
  • All applicants must complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
