About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Assistant Restaurant Managers.

As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will play a vital role in creating an energetic and positive work environment for all team members.

  • You will assist the Restaurant General Manager in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
  • Responsibilities will include supervising staff, managing inventory, controlling labor costs, and implementing marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
  • A proven ability to engage, lead and motivate team members is essential for success in this role.
The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • Experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry with a track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal, with the ability to effectively manage conflict and provide constructive feedback.
  • A valid driver's license and competent computer skills are also required.
