About the Centre

Our early learning centre is located on Walkers Road in Upper Caboolture, providing high-quality child care and education for children aged 0–5 years in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

About the Role

  • Manage daily centre operations in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Build long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families and strategically increase occupancy through effective marketing.
  • Mentor and support centres to meet/exceed National Quality Standards.

About You

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience as a Centre Manager.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • Proven track record in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
