We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with communication disorders.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and develop their clinical expertise in areas such as dysphagia, aphasia, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and design personalized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop innovative solutions for clients and ensure seamless care transitions.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and their families, providing empathetic support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
