
Sales and Account Management Specialist

The role of Sales and Account Management Specialist involves working with predefined territory and accounts to achieve or exceed sales quotas and relevant metrics. This position requires a consultative sales approach, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to enhance product offerings in surgical instruments.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote company values and contribute as an active team member.
- Identify and secure sales opportunities through strategic planning and execution.
- Represent the company as a Remote Sales Product Specialist for pre-defined territory and accounts to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Generate market interest and close sales through product demonstrations, targeted campaigns and focus areas.
- Solicit product opportunities and refer leads accordingly.
- BUILD strong relationships and trust with customers, influencing their purchasing decisions.
- Provide expert advice and support related to products.
- Understand customer buying patterns and schedule calls accordingly.
- Contribute to revenue growth and execute tactical activities.
