Job Role

We are seeking a Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position

The Bakery Team Member will be responsible for preparing, packing and labelling bakery products. They will also be required to safely operate bakery equipment and maintain a clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences with enthusiasm and energy
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services
  • Be active and able to work for long periods of time, including moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic maths skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including mornings, evenings and weekends
