Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Provide customers with exceptional sales support, answer product-related questions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge and best practices and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail or sales role is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations, learn from feedback and implement changes as needed.
