To be considered for this role successful candidates must be available to attend an in-person assessment centre held in Newcastle on Friday 19 September 2025. Recruitment Process
  • Online Application: Submit your application online. You should include a resume and answer the online application questions in place of a cover letter.
  • Video Interview: Shortlisted candidates are invited to take part in a video interview
  • Assessment Centre: 2-3 hours on Friday 19 September
  • Psychometric Assessments: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online personality questionnaire
  • Formal Interview: Individual interview over Microsoft Teams
  • Pre-employment Medical & Offer: Pre-employment medical and subsequent offer to join the Sales Cadetship Program
