Exciting Opportunity

We have exciting opportunities in a diverse portfolio of projects for dynamic and experienced Project Coordinators to join our high performing team.

Due to continued growth within our business, we have an exciting opportunity for experienced Project Coordinators to join our team.

You will be managing and resolving the detail design for the project, manage subcontractors and service supplies to deliver a high-quality service and successful construction project.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design Management and Services Coordination: You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design process for the project, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
  • Client Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement: You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project.
  • Tendering and Procurement of Trades: You will be responsible for tendering and procuring trades and services required for the project.
  • Cost Management and Financial Reporting: You will be responsible for managing the project budget and preparing regular financial reports for the project manager.
  • Site Establishment and Planning: You will assist in the planning and coordination of site establishment activities, including site preparation, safety procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Quality Control: You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Construction Coordination and Management: You will assist in the coordination and management of construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
