
Customer Support Expert

Key Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect to be responsible for providing holistic OEM customer and technical support to our valued customers. This will include managing an existing network of customers and sourcing new customers to grow our business.
Job Description:
- Providing comprehensive solutions tailored to customers' needs.
- Building long-term relationships with customers.
- Promoting parts and service sales solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Working to a customer call cycle to deliver exceptional results.
- Attending customer site meetings as required to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- Technical understanding of earth moving and construction equipment.
- Demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Self-motivation and ability to build strong relationships.
- Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to travel as required within your region.
