Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be proficient in computer technology and systems, including Microsoft Suite, and have a positive and optimistic attitude.

You will be required to serve customers on the counter, answer phones and email enquiries, prepare timely quotes, and develop relationships with customers and suppliers. You will also be responsible for being a product knowledge expert to help customers find products they need, and collaboratively work as a member of the team to ensure our branch is presented in the best way.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer technology and systems, including Microsoft Suite
  • A positive and optimistic attitude
