Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Service Manager to oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and drinks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver great service and manage daily operations, including rosters, training, and team development
- Ensure quality food and drinks, stock control, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain high hygiene standards using safe and approved cleaning practices
- Champion and promote a safe and compliant workplace by following WHS procedures
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have:
- RSA and Food Safety training/accreditation (or willingness to obtain); HACCP knowledge is an asset
- Confident leadership skills with experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, and giving clear, constructive feedback
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a good understanding of cost control and budgeting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Physical fitness and comfort with active work: lifting, standing, cooking, cleaning, and using kitchen equipment safely
