You will play a crucial role in a resident's overall wellbeing.Your key responsibilities will be:Personal Care: Assisting with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.Mobility support: Helping residents with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between different positions including from a bed to a wheelchair.Monitoring health: Observing and reporting any changes in the resident's health or behavior.Meal Assist: Supporting residents with their dietary requirements, ensuring they receive the food they need and assisting them in the process of eating.Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition on eCase.Collaboration with healthcare professionals: Working in collaboration with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents.Skills & ExperienceCert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.Friendly and effective communication abilities.Ready to ApplyOur people and culture set us apart and our ongoing focus of working together as one team.
