About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team in Port Macquarie. As a Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalized care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering High-Quality Support Services: Provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities, tailored to their unique needs and goals.
  • Assisting with Daily Living Activities: Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and skill development, promoting independence and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals.
  • Promoting Community Integration: Support clients in accessing social and recreational activities, promoting community integration and social inclusion.
  • Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Advocating for Client Rights: Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities, ensuring that their voices are heard and their needs are met.
