**About You:**
- **Qualifications**: Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability Support/Community Services (highly desirable, traineeships available)
- **Caring Nature**: Demonstrate a caring and empathetic nature, with a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of elderly clients
- **Reliability**: Possess a registered and reliable car, with comprehensive insurance, and be willing to undergo a National Police Check
- **Certifications**: Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate, or be willing to obtain
