About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Aged Care Worker to provide exceptional support and care to elderly clients in their homes. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment while making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to elderly clients in their homes
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge

About You
  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability Support/Community Services (highly desirable, traineeships available)
  • Caring nature with empathy for elderly clients

  • Registered and reliable car with comprehensive insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
