Job Opportunity: HR Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team in delivering high-quality support across multiple locations. As a key member of our People, Performance and Culture team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the development of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first point of contact for HR-related queries and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legislation
  • Develop and post job advertisements, conduct reference checks, and prepare employment contracts
  • Monitor absentee reports, maintain HR files, and review metrics
  • Assist in developing reports and undertake special projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of HRIS systems (preferred)
