The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, contributing to various initiatives and projects. Key responsibilities include preparing HR documentation, managing immigration queries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations and contribute to various initiatives and projects.
- Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, position descriptions, and employee relations documents.
- Manage immigration and visa-related queries, ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases in line with privacy and compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern awards and enterprise agreements, as well as experience managing sponsorship visa applications. Familiarity with MS Office and HRIS systems is also desirable.
