Job Title: HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide first-level HR support and advice to our organisation, supporting the People & Culture team across all administration aspects, including systems and the employee lifecycle.

The role is responsible for driving company culture as a member of the P&C team, contributing to a positive work environment and strong employee engagement across the business. Key responsibilities include processing employee lifecycle events, providing first-line advice to employees, resolving and processing enquiries, maintaining P&C Systems to ensure data integrity, and supporting annual P&C activities.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
  • Previous administration experience in a fast-paced, professional office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the P&C team and wider business
  • Ability to think on your feet and determine a way forward when faced with new situations
