Concrete Operations Leader

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven leader to join our team as the Concrete Plant Manager at our Tamworth and Gunnedah sites in the New England region of NSW.

This is a diverse leadership role that combines operational management, sales, and financial oversight across our concrete operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of day-to-day plant operations, including safety, production, sales, and customer service.
  • Driving financial performance through effective cost management and budgeting.
  • Fostering strong customer relationships and seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Leading and supporting your team to consistently deliver excellent service and operational outcomes.
  • Conducting market analysis and gathering regional intelligence.
  • Championing a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and team collaboration.
