This includes ensuring the safety and security of staff, inmates, and visitors in compliance with policy, duty of care requirements, defined standards, and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve workplace performance and create a positive workplace culture
  • Providing leadership and direction to a diverse cohort of staff across various disciplines
  • Managing talent pools to fill future ongoing and temporary roles state-wide
Requirements:
  • Driver Licence with ability and willingness to drive throughout NSW
  • Availability on call at set times to respond to emergencies
  • Compliance with National Heavy Vehicle Law and Regulations and Chain of Responsibility Policy and Procedures (CESU roles only)
