Strategic Concrete Operations Leader

Seeking a results-driven leader to oversee day-to-day plant operations, encompassing safety, production, sales, and customer service. Key responsibilities include driving financial performance through effective cost management and budgeting, fostering strong customer relationships, leading and supporting teams to deliver excellent service and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate teams to consistently deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
Requirements:
