Leading Concrete Operations: A Key Leadership Role

 

This senior leadership position is a pivotal part of our operations team, driving success across our concrete operations in the New England region of NSW. Reporting to the Area Manager, this role requires a motivated and results-driven leader who can take ownership of day-to-day plant operations.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading teams through change and delivering sustainable growth, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and team collaboration.

 

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving Financial Performance: Implementing effective cost management strategies, managing budgets, and achieving P&L accountability.
  • Fostering Customer Relationships: Developing strong customer connections and identifying new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Leading High-Performing Teams: Motivating and guiding your team to consistently deliver exceptional service and operational outcomes.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conducting thorough market analysis and gathering regional intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends.
