Senior Childcare Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education to manage the day-to-day operations of our Centre/s. This role offers a unique chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies to increase occupancy and engagement of the service.
  • Mentor and support centre teams to achieve excellence in teaching and learning practices.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local communities and families.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience in a senior childcare leadership role.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
