Medical Clinic Leadership Position

This role presents a unique opportunity to assume a leadership position within a thriving medical practice in Caboolture. The organization boasts a strong national presence across Queensland, supported by multiple practices.
Responsibilities:- Oversee clinic operations and performance metrics while providing front desk support.
- Lead a team of reception and nursing staff, fostering a positive and organized work environment.
- Manage rostering, staff accountability, and daily operational issues.
- Develop strong relationships with physicians, ensuring their needs are met.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar Practice Manager or senior leadership role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage busy clinics and high-volume doctors.
- Effective communication and leadership style.
- Possession of a Certificate IV in Practice Management is preferred but not essential.
