**About the Role**
Due to continued growth, Sublime Care is seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator to support its Disability Support Worker rostering processes. Reporting to the Rostering Manager, this position will be responsible for all aspects of rostering, including responding to cancellations and filling shifts at short notice; planning roster schedules in advance; identifying support workers with suitable skills to support client needs; and ensuring our participants are supported as per their respective service agreements.

You will be an experienced Roster Coordinator, with solid skills and knowledge of using an electronic rostering/client management system. You will be expected to drive a positive ethics-based work culture where the company values, policies, procedures, and people initiatives are paramount, while supporting a working environment where people feel engaged, rewarded, and valued.

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced office environment
- Experience and understanding of the disability sector with high level understanding of NDIS support types & National Disability Standards
- Sound knowledge and understanding of SCHADS Award
- Current WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and NSW Driver's License
- Experience using electronic rostering system, processing timesheet and leave management
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to participate in a revolving roster for On-Call duties
- High attention to detail with proven ability to take initiative, and work proactively
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure dealing with competing demands
- High level communicator with advanced written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience in using Flowlogic system (desirable and highly regarded)
