Customer Service Trainee Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our finance team as a customer service officer trainee. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification - Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement).

The successful applicant will be passionate about delivering positive face-to-face customer service experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for processing front counter and over the phone customer transactions and enquiries using a variety of computer systems as well as liaising across all departments to refer customer services enquiries onto the relevant personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions and enquiries using computer systems.
  • Liaise with other departments to refer customer services enquiries.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to follow direction and procedures, while showing initiative.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills with high levels of data entry accuracy and speed.
  • High resilience and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
