Job Opportunity

The Trainee Customer Service Officer role offers an excellent chance to develop exceptional customer service skills while completing a nationally recognized qualification - Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement).

This position involves delivering face-to-face customer services, processing transactions and enquiries using various computer systems, and referring customers to relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:
