Job Title: Community Physiotherapist

As a physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live their life to the fullest. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to making a positive impact on people's lives.

  • Provide physiotherapy services to customers involved in Short Term Restorative Care, Home Care Packages, and other community programs.
  • Meet with customers in their own homes to assess their needs and monitor the quality and effectiveness of services provided.

The role involves exercise prescription, rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, strength, mobility, and balance programs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and providing administrative support as needed.

This is a mobile role, allowing you to work independently and as part of an inter-disciplinary team. We offer flexible working options to suit your lifestyle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in physiotherapy
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Significant practical experience or extensive knowledge in providing physiotherapy services in a rehabilitation and/or aged care setting
