We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Success Manager. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients to ensure they gain maximum value from our products and services.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive communication with customers to foster engagement and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between us and customers, educating them on how to utilize the full capabilities of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, commercial HQ functions, Resellers, and Customer Support teams to maintain a customer-centric approach and proactive service mindset.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and innovations, participating in internal sales and customer support activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Dental, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in Customer Success and/or B2B sales, ideally in dental equipment, healthcare, or technology.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
