Site Maintenance Manager Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance and Warranty Manager to join our organization.
This senior role will involve managing a team responsible for maintenance operations across completed construction sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance planning, staff coordination, compliance, safe working practices, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks and administrative processes.
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to improve systems and efficiencies within the business.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a maintenance/warranty team and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
They will also have excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure, the successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements- Previous experience in managing a maintenance/warranty team.
- Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
