Job Description:

As a Warranty Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing and completing maintenance and warranty works on completed homes. This position requires strong leadership skills to collaborate with internal teams and deliver excellent customer service to achieve the dream of home ownership.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and warranty inspections
  • Assess and complete identified tasks
  • Provide information, support and clear direction to all sub-contractors/suppliers
  • Check work is up to standard
  • Communicate and address issues promptly when they occur on site
  • Record job progress, work status and client communication
  • Provide feedback on warranty concerns or regular issues
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification
  • The ability to interpret Architectural / Engineering drawings, reports and specifications
  • IT Savvy, having used Microsoft suite and other programs
  • The ability to develop meaningful working relationships
  • Relentless when faced with targets and conflicting deadlines
