We're seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Sydney. This role involves leading the delivery of civil designs, preparing technical documentation, and managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering civil designs across the project lifecycle
  • Preparing and reviewing technical documents for construction and compliance
  • Designing and managing water and wastewater infrastructure
  • Building strong client relationships through collaborative project delivery
  • Supporting proposal development and contributing to successful project bids
  • Working with multidisciplinary teams on major infrastructure programs

Requirements:

  • Strong technical foundation in civil engineering
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in designing and managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency with Australian Standards, WSAA codes, and design tools like Civil 3D and CAD
  • Able to lead or support multiple projects with technical, commercial, and risk considerations
  • Familiarity with modelling software, analytics, and equipment selection
  • Knowledge of safety in design principles, including CHAIR and HAZOP methodologies
