Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion through strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including systems integrators and consulting companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions to partners and customers, highlighting the benefits of Amazon's cloud computing platform.
  • Work closely with the account management team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deal closure.

We are a collaborative and dynamic team that values innovation, customer obsession, and operational excellence. Our team is responsible for building and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in the software/technology industry.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and strong familiarity with selection processes in enterprise customers.
  • Experience working with partners through account management, product management, program management, and business development engagements.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including direct and channel marketing, solution architect teams, product management, and account management teams.
  • Strong sales and/or technical DNA with a desire to coordinate field teams to develop and close high-profile deals.
