Operate High-Quality Chocolate Production

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chocolate Moulding Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, with experience in operating chocolate moulding lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of state-of-the-art chocolate moulding lines, including enrobing, depositing, mixing fillings, and tempering chocolate.
- Ensure quality control and GMP guidelines are met throughout the production process.
- Organize packing staff on end-of-belt packing.
- Follow set recipes and methods to create high-quality chocolates.
- Mix and blend ingredients to make fillings for depositing.
- Follow a production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Perform consistent heavy lifting up to 25kg.
- Clean down machinery and line changeover.
- Complete paperwork and traceability tasks.
- Order stock as needed.
Requirements:
- Background in manufacturing, preferably in food and FMCG.
- Technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Takes pride in work and maintains a clean and tidy workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learning attitude.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strict attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to adhere to Food Safety policies and standards.
- Punctual and reliable history.
