Our kitchen team at Altona RSL is seeking a talented and dedicated Executive Culinary Leader to join our amazing kitchen teams.
We pride ourselves on having an experienced and dedicated team who love their work and their work environment. Our venues are spread across Sydney and Victoria, offering diverse opportunities for growth and development.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent prep, cooking and plating skills, with a keen interest in growing food trends and techniques. They will also be able to contribute to menu planning and ensure the quality and consistency of dishes.
The successful applicant will have relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery and at least 2 years' experience in a similar position. They must also be flexible with working hours and have a strong team spirit, positive demeanour and excellent customer care and service skills.
